I took up a contract phone on the 23/01/13 with cell c in Randburg square and asked them to port my mtn number to cell c, the consultant told me that my number will be ported in 24hrs. To my suprise my number was never ported in the said 24hrs, i went back to the store on the 25th and informed the consultant of what had happened and all he could tell men was that he did his job properly i must not be angry at him, i told him to delete the port and reload it again as per the "porting departments" instruction, i had called them earlier to check my status before going to the store. i left the store and... to cut a long story short, today is the 30th of Jan and im still waiting, if i could i would just cancel the contract. today i went to the store and when i got there it was around 12:30 and one of the consultants told me that according to the porting department my number should have been ported by 12:00, when she contacted them she was told it was still not done, they promised it will be ported by tomorrow morning at 8:30am. Im am sick of their stories, they just dont know what they are doing, both the consultant who made contract and the call centre. What an inconvenience..
