Reported the ADSL LINE matter on the 7th of January... followed up a few times and every time getting same answer the technician has the work... its now the 30th still nothing has been done too fix my ADSL LINE.
NO TECHNICIAN HAS PHONED ME or worked on the issue...
i want this too be sorted in the next 3 days... Numerous times have i phoned and ask when its gonna be sorted... every time the same empty promise!!!

The funny thing is they suppose too give a service... And end month they want there payment... but they let me pay for a month where i couldnt even use there service...
5 of my friends decided too go too other suppliers because of this ...!!!
