DOUBLE DEBIT

Since May/June Vodacom has refused to listen to my plea when I said I only have 2 services and they are charging me 4. To all my frustations their call center agents are rude and will to get you off their line putting you thruoough to a wrong department. The last agent who is (spoke to him today) JOHN didnt want to give me his surname left me on the line for 45 min, only to tell me that my query is with forensic. I refuse to pay that money and the last thing left for me is to reffer this matter to my lawyers and reverse the debit maybe then I will get their attention.
PLEASE TAKE NOT THAT VODACOM DOESNTCARE ABOUT ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THEN AND THEIR RUDE AGENTS.
