On the 20/04/2013 i used the wrong truworths card to pay my account therefore i paid someone elses account... the following week i went to the somerset branch to inform then then was advised by candice from the call centre that matter will take 24-48 hours to be resolved... till this day the matter has not been resolved, ...i have spoke to zethu, candice, londi, bongani and Naseema from the legal department but still the query is hanging... The call centre agents that call are very rude which are Phumeza she was very disrespectful and didnt want to listen at all to what i was saying... i need this matter to be sorted out ASAP I FAXED FAXED THROUGH 5 DEPOSIT SLIPS BUT NO ONE CAN ASSIST ON TOP OF THIS YOU GET RUDE AGENTS CALLING YOU NON STOP WHO ARE SO RUDE...
