I can not believe that I have to be a victim of sloppy work by virgin mobile. I closed a contract with Virgin in 2009 as my 2years contract was over. I got a letter from virgin saying that I owed them R600 odd rand before I could close the contract. I have an email from virgin mobile saying that I need to pay the money before they could close the account. I paid the money in 2009 and I thought that was the end of virgin mobile. I got a call from a very rude women saying that the account has been handed over.( FINAL DEMAND ON VIRGIN MOBILE PAY NOW@ FNB SOUTH AFRICA EDO DCCM VIRGIN Acc 62275103639 Branch 254005 R 5059.63. REF13802368 SSDA TEL 0878250600) I do not know why I have to pay for something I did not use or received. When I asked them for what cell phone number this was for they could on tell me. So they want me to pay them but they cant even tell me for
what.

Virgin mobile service, and never in my life have a been treated like, but it looks like the norm from Virgin.

I give you a challenge, to see if Virgin can sort this out.

But what are the chances, if they could not sort this out 4 years ago. What joke!!!
