Struggle to cancel a contract

In March 2013 I contact Vodacom to cancel a contract that expire 12 April 2013. May 2013 we receive again a bill for this contract. I contact Vodacom again and the contract was not cancelled. I give them the reference number they give me in March 2013 and they say that the reference number don't work. The lady said she cancelled the contract and that it will become a pay as you go. I receive June 2013 my statement and there was again a bill for this contract. I phone call centre today, they give me a number vor Cancellation Department, Cancellation Department put me through to the Account Department, Account Department put me through to the Legal Department and a women their said she will put me through to the right department and then put down the phone. I want my money back for this contract that I cancelled in March 2013 and want this contract to be cancelled. I cancelled my contract with MTN because of bad service, know I also get bad service at Vodacom. I must pay my bill on date or they will cut off my phone, but they can not give a service if I want a service!
