I am infuriated!!! In your last reply you say " Please be advised that this has been escalated to the Regional Management to take corrective measures in accordance with our Service level agreements, and you will be advised of the outcome."
This was on Thu 16 May 13!!! How long does it take the Regional Management to investigate this matter??? I want this sorted out NOW!!! Get your Director to take a looks at my account and listen to all the calls!!! I don't care if I takes you the whole day!!! just do IT!!! If I don't receive a reply in 5 working days I will take this to the OMBUDSMAN!!!
