(Please be advised that this has been escalated to the Regional Management to take corrective measures in accordance with our Service level agreements, and you will be advised of the outcome.)

Please refer to the reference Req: 2133554 AND THE FEEDBACK ABOVE- please advise the way forward. I am still expected to pay R150.00 for a phone the Insurance Company could not fix... WHAT IS GOING ONN!!! I REFUSE TO PAY ANOTHER CENT.
HOW LONG MUST MY SON STILL BE WITHOUT HIS PH. LIKE WEEK 11 OR 12 NOW.

You did not leave a number on your reply, so I cannot contact you!!!

Please advise the way forward.
