Waiting for a reply from MTN

In my previous complaint around my MTN data account that is billed wrong..

The only reply I've received is the apology for the inconvenience caused by the matter on Hellopeter. Nobody from any Regional Management has contacted me yet, the wrong amount debit order has gone through again.
