Sim Card Problem

Dear Peter
My name is Moses Moloele i stay at 10034A Ngwenya Street Orlando west.
My Problem started on 1st May 2013 when i receive a phone call from vodacom notifying me that someone wants to do a sim swop on my cell number, they told me they will block the number temporarily then i will have to go to vodashop to make sure that i am the rightfull owner which i did and all the vodashops i went to they told me they are offline, i called customer care around 16h00 and they told me they will open up my line and i called later around 18h00 they confirmed that my line its open and i called today they guy by the name of Simphiwe told me that the sim swop was done on the 1st of May 2013 the day my sim was blocked i wana know how possible is that i've been using this number for minimum of about 8years my Number its 0829571697 please help i really need my number back
