Appauling service from my service provide

On Saturday 25/05/13 I visited vodashop Pinecrest to get assistance with my new Samsung S4. when I arrived there I was directed to an African male, he was not wearing a name tag, he's the only African male at the shop. when I explained to him my problem he said I will need to make a sim swop. I asked what I need to do a sim swop, he said ID doc, proof of residence and PUK number for my cell no. I told him I don't have my PUK. he said it should be with my starter pack things, so I told him I no longer have my starter pack because I've had my number for more than 8 yrs. so I asked him if Vodacom can give me the PUK number, or if I call customer care will they give it to me. he said "I don't care how you get the PUK number, come to me when you have it." so I said to him I understand that, but I need to know if i can get the PUK number from V/com. he said i cant help you without the PUK number. so i told him that's no way to speak to a customer and that he was being rude. so i decided to visit MTN, located across Vodashop in the centre. there i was assisted by Genevive, i applaud her for the excellent service. she even sold me a pouch for my phone. i was very disappointed.
