I am absolutely appauled at the service ireceived, the misrepresentation i was lead to, as well as the poor management levels, offered at the club. Firstly, i signed up a month ago, by a salesman who had no knowledge of what was stipulated in the contract, terms and conditions.i was also disgusted at how i was almost 'robbed ' at signing up, then said :'sho, i can sign up at virgin for the same price' then was offered a better rate 3 times-so how many other people are being robbed.i then asked for a cancellation and was told no i need a letter from a specialist, and i have signed a 3 year contract, when i was informed its a 1 year contract.i spoke to management, she had no knowledge of procedures to be followed and could not help me either.i asked for regional managements number, and was told i could not be given it.furthermore, i signed up with a personal trainer, who lead me to believe i was being offered a great package, when i wasnt.he said it was an hour session for 10 times, after paying and arriving for my session, i got a half an hour session and asked to be refunded and was told this was not possible.pl;ease avoid being ripped off and mislead like i was.they dont render their servic
