I called the store on 18-02-2013 requesting a bracelet that I saw on their website. I was informed by Faith (store manager) that she does not have it, but will be able to source it for me. I told her that I would need the bracelet for collection by 28-02-2013 for the latest as it is a gift for someone for Friday. I was told by Faith that it is a gaurentee that i would receive this bracelet by Thursday and that I should not worry about it, it will be there. I repeatedly called her to at least just get confirmation that this was being sent to the store, and everytime that I called she confirmed that I shouldnt worry it will be there by 28-02-2013. I even went in to the store to confirm this, at which I picked up that she was irritated with me. I called the Thursday morning to enquire whether the bracelet is there and if I can collect it. Only to be told that she had to find out from the store and then only would she be able to come back to me. When she did return my call I was informed that she is sorry but she won't be able to assist as the bracelet was not sent. I contacted H/O only to be given a 5 and 10% discount. The service is pathetic, no action taken and no follow up.
