Purchased an armband bracelet on Saturday. Threw receipt away. Still had tag as only used bracelet yesterday. After less than an hours use, it broke in half. So I called the store to ask if they would exchange it. Lady advised that they could not as I did not have a receipt. My argument is that I still had the tag and that one could see that it was purchased from them. Why the hassle? I am not even from Durban, I live out of town and is a regular purchaser at forever new. I am totally dissapointed with the customer service. Yet if it was another store, eg woolworths they will have gladly exchanged with just the tag. I want the bracelet exchanged as I have spent the cash and have not made use of the item, as it just broke. And not to say their items are cheap. Please assist!
