GOOD BYE EDGARS!

I SHALL close my Edgars account due to the following example of lack of competence displayed by this group:
1. I am supposed to receive electronic statements. The last one received is dated 13 April 2012 and indicates that my account is paid up.
2. I have signed a DEBIT order against this account so that any outstanding balance can be settled immediately.
3. Today I received a call from debt collectors threatening me with legal action for an outstanding amount of R127.
4. I did not receive ANY e-statement over the past year reflecting such a balance, nor did Edgars debit my account with the required monthly payment.
5. On Monday you will find this account paid up and closed.
