On the 19th of December 2012 I took a parcel that I received from home choice to the Greenacres post office because I was sending it to Whittlesea.
The post office sent the package to Home-choice in error and the parcel was receipted on the 28th of Dec 2012 by Claremont post office
An investigation was done by the Port Elizabeth branch post office and it was discovered that the parcel was indeed collected by home choice from the Claremont Post Office on the 31 December 2012
I would like home-choice to investigate as the parcel was collected by Home Choice.
I understand the post office made an error in sending the parcel to the wrong address; they saw the home choice box and assumed it's going to home choice. So now home choice is not getting back to me. When I phone they just say they are busy investigating with the post office.
