Parcel nowhere to be found

My aunt ordered pots on my behalf at home choice in February and we have not seen them. She got a notification that they have arrived but when we go to collect they are not there. We have called the wits post office and spoke to Muzi who confirmed that the parcel was on the list of items delivered to them but they never received and they have indicated to wits hub that it was not delivered. When we call wits they said they will investigate but this is long overdue and unacceptable. Tracking number PA428799140ZA
