I went to edgars to pay my account in full to be send by the lady at the customer service help desk to go stand in a queue of 20 people all around with one cashier. I ask her does she have the same system and she was busy chatting to the person next to her. Its not the first poor service has been given by this branch staff. I have informed management previously an still she didnt care. Its time to close my account an there is many better retail stores selling the same products with customer service when needed. Its said that edgars doesnt care about black clients cause we do not have cash like our other counterparts
