At 9:15 on the 24 December 2013 I went to the San Marina shoe store in Eastgate, the first impression I got was bad as one of the salesmen where sitting laidback with his feet on the counter.
After I decided on the shoe I wanted I went to pay, handed my credit card to pay only then did the sales staff realised that the credit cord machine was not working and I could not purchase the shoe.
I should have been informed about the credit card machine prior to me deciding on what I wanted to buy.
No offer was made to me to keep the shoes aside or that they will contact me when they are "open" for business.
