I ordered a parcel from [URL Removed] on Monday 26/08/2013. On the order is written that the delivery is 1 working day Door-to-door. I phoned them yesterday and spoke to Rone'. She told me that the parcel was sent through economy and is now only on its way from Cape Town. She also told me to phone Aramex Couriers to enquire when the parcel will be delivered. I spoke to Aramex Yesterday Wednesday 28/08/2013, they told me that the parcel is on its way and will be in Rustenburg today 29/08/2013. This morning I phoned and I was tod that the parcel was re-routed to East London. Now the parcel will be send overnight and will only be in Rustenburg tomorrow, which will be Friday 30/08/2013. I am not sure when this parcel will reach us. What happened to Door-to-door delivery and 1 working day.

Please just help me.
