I have been a customer at Edgars for over 35 years. I have a fully paid up account and have only once paid my account late due to the fact that I never received my account. That was months ago!! The previous occasion I used Edgars I was informed that my Edgars card was not valid as it was outdated (that's how long I have been a loyal customer!). I was eventually supplied with a new card after being sent to several different people. Today I went to purchase a few items and find that my new card is BLOCKED. After several calls and visits to "Customer Care" I was "allowed" to purchase my items. Must I beg and grovel to purchase items that I will pay for??? If you open a NEW account you are given free discounts but as a loyal longstanding customer you are treated like #*&@! Once these items are paid for I will purchase my things elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.
