I have ordered a game on 16 July 2013 from the online website. I have not received the game or any feedback that the game is out of stock. I phoned the call centre, they put me on hole for more than 5min, the I put the phone down.

Very unhappy. I know that stock can be out but the a simple email will be fine to notify me.
