Feedback on funeralplan

Good day, I Thelma Strydom cancelled my late mothers card and fill in the form for the Edcon funeral plan claim and up to date nobody help me properly. I went to Edgars Woodland just after my mother died to cancel her account and claim the funeral plan to help me with the cost of my mothers funeral and as up to date I struggle to get anything from the branch. I gave all of the necessary documents in 3 times from the first day I went to close the account. My sister phoned twee weeks ago and they said they look in to it because there is a problem my mother did not pay her account. My mother went to hospital on the day of the 1st of April and died on the 26 of April she was in a coma for about 3 weeks. If the branch closed the account on the day I went there there would not have been a problem that it showed that my mother did not pay her account because she was not capable to pay the account.
Please can you assist me with this problem so that I can closed my mothers account and that she can rest in peace.
