Guess what, standard bank funeral services does not debit my mothers account for a month, when we call to enquire they say my mother cancelled the policy, she sent them a fax. i ask them what proof do they have that it was realy her, they tell me it will only be available in 10 working days. meanwhile my 64 year old mother is not covered. forbid, if anything should happen to her how am i gonn apay for that funeral? i am so dissapointed in standard bank. i have been with them for years and my mother has trusted them only to betray us like that. i would never recommend any 1 to trust standard bank with their lives. this fraudelent deed that has happened is their fault.
