My mother passed away on Saturday 20 April. We saw Freddy of the Centurion branch on Monday, 22 April to arrange the funeral.By Wednesday, 24 April we realized that arrangements were not going according to plans. My brother in law had to type out the funeral brochure as Freddie could not do it. He could not spell or use the software to produce the brochure. We asked him what to do about the clothes we would like my mother to be dressed in and he told us to take it to Pretoria West where her body was. We asked him to arrange it and handed him the outfits and our instructions. When my mother arrived at her funeral we saw the Avbob rep busy inside the coffin. He told us her body has shifted as he was in a hurry and had to drive fast. He was not dressed properly and had stains on his clothing and his tie was in disarray. We had to ask him to fix it. Upon viewing our mothers body we realize she was still dressed in her pajamas and not he clothing we had sent to Avbob, This only arrived at the Pretoria West branch after her funeral. We the decided not to allow her body to be viewed by her family and friends. Avbob has shown total disregard and insensitivity during this difficult time.
