We bought furniture from Lewis stores in pmb and it was delivered broken, we laid a complain with Hellopeter and after some time they come and changed the old furniture with a "new broken furniture" new have since spoken to the store manager and no assistance has been given to us. We have also stopped paying for the furniture because we have requested for them to come and collect they broken goods, now we are harassed by they calls and house visits but they are aware of the problem but all they want is the money. we are refusing to pay for broken furniture and request immediate feedback from Head office.
