We visited this store on Sunday morning intending to return a pack of pampers nappies and buy some toys and gifts for upcoming birthday parties. The packaging had a minor tear and still had the original toys r us barcode. The manager on duty refused to accept the return, and would not enter into any discussions.as such we went and bought batteries and gifts elsewhere. Well done on a great customer experience and excelent on lost sales.
