Netstar installed the incorrect system. THEN they removed the wrong system and installed the correct system (after I had to moan, phone and email non-stop - added), well, so they said - but it was definitely not a new system that was fitted into my vehicle! I had continuous problems with my vehicle since the installation - I had to replace my battery twice! The battery centre said that the tracking unit must definitely be milking my battery as a brand new battery ran flat within a few hours only every single day. It got so bad that I had to charge it for 20 minutes every day before work. I phoned Netstar to complain who simply informed me that I have to pay the fitment centre a call out fee etc- /- R800 to go out and see if the installation was done correctly and to see if they are indeed at fault.. however they don't believe they are. Netstar does not allow one to cancel the contract without settling 2k even though the system is believed to be faulty, the installation was done incorrectly and is not brand new in the first place!! I signed a contract that was all based on.
