I am trying to give notice on my ADT service as I am moving house. I called and have emailed before the month was up. You cannot, unlike most other services, terminate your ADT service over the phone. I have emailed the contact details given to me and it has been over 4 working days (6 actual days) and I still have no response. A ticket of receipt to acknowledged that they have received the email has been sent, but nothing.
ADT is so quick to reply when you are a new customer to get your money.
Please let me know when, or if ever, i will actual get a response... and seeing I cannot terminate over the phone, it looks like I will be paying for your (lack of) service for sometime to come.
I am not happy about this and will fight you on supply you with notification of termination if you decide that it wasn't done within one calendar month.
ADT - definitely NOT always there.
