Herby I wish to file a complaint against Auto Mate Klerksdorp.
I took my car in for a service and got it back in a worst state than when it went in I contacted the Owner Francis about the problem and could not help me eventually I took the car back to him where I was met with one of an attitude. After an argument he decided took look at the car and did so but not before I was told to off" out of his shop. I told him that is now way to treat a customer where he closed his office window and was having his sandwiches. I took my car and left. After several tries of phoning him to sort out the problem he just put the phone down as soon as he hear who is speaking. I feel I am the customer and must be treated accordingly not as one of his workers. He was quick to take my money but that's it there is no after service to talk about at all.
I hope you can assist me in this matter as I am taking it further.
