I got accused of not paying for dog grooming services. My Cindy was picked up 14/10/13 by the company, i gave the lady the money when she came to collect my dog Cindy. I clearly remember giving it to her as the R100 note was folded with a R5 coin. She delivered my dog Cindy later on the same day and i was happy with her haircut. Later in the afternoon this lady phone to tell me that i definately did not pay for services rendered. I told her i gave her the fee this morning upon collection and she told me no, that i said i will pay her the money when she delivered the dog.(Then howcome didnt she ask for the money when she delivered the dog?) I was highly upset and sent an email to Ronel, manager, of the incident. She however did not want to take sides! No where in the email is she apologizing for my feelings that got hurt and credibility that got dragged through the mud! How many clients do they run in like this? i never get receipts from them either. This has been the second time that i have made use of their services. Highly upset to be called dishonest.
