To avoid legal complications i paid a settlement figure of R482.45, which was qouted to me. MBD agent called me again and told me because i paid it 3 days late i owe a further R100.00 . I am very upset at the fact that a settlement was quoted to me, i paid it, but because it's not on a convenient date enough for them a further charge was added.
i spoke to a portfolio manager name thabang, who i expressed my concern to, that I am on maternity, not working and have no more money and i used my last to pay the final settlement of R482.45. he promised to resolve the matter and will refer feedback to me with a resolution. Thabang never bothered calling me back. and today 28/03/2013 i was inconvinience to call MBD 5 times this morning, to find out that thabang is on leave.his leave is not my problem.he never logged my compliant, nor did he assist me in any way. today an agent by the name of Boitshoko promised to have my complaint logged with queries team to assist me with closing the acc. as i paid the settlement.and somebody will call me. I AM STILL WAITING. while MBD is taking their time, im getting more charges and is now in bad debt for an acc that is paid up. IM OFF
