Terrible attitude

I have been trying to make a payment arrangement with Discovery for a few months, with no luck. I have faxed the debit order authorization form through many times only to get another letter in the post the next month. I finally managed to speak to Lemo today who was of no help at all. it is unbelievable that discovery will allow someone like her to work with people. first she claims the reason why my debit order request was not captured become it was signed in Feb 2013 (the reason for this is because i have been faxing it to discovery since Feb, not my fault if they do not capture it when they get it.). Next excuse what that the bank did not want to honor the debit order - blatant lie!!! It the people at discovery just did their job, i would have been halfway through paying this debt. I was also threaten by this Lemo charactor, so i said that i will agree to a R10 p/m payment and she refused to take my money. Teach your people to treat customers with respect and they might actually achieve something. i want a formal apology from this woman for lying to me about FNB not honoring the payment. I also want this matter resolved as a matter of urgency!!! Ref: 2897464723
