My car broke down about two and a half weeks ago whilst we were at the coast. The dealership then arranged a car for me through First Car Rental. upon receiving the car I paid a R650 deposit cash. Upon returning the car on Monday 14th of October I was informed by the staff at OR Tambo that I will be contacted with regards to my deposit. No feedback was received during that week and I eventually contacted them on Friday 18th of October, was directed from one person to another and eventually put the phone down as I was told that the customer call center closed. Then I got hold of the OR Tambo branch who then informed me that someone will contact me to make arrangements. Yet again no feedback was received and I contacted the call center again on Tuesday 22nd of October, they then took my Banking Details and said they will get back to me regarding my deposit. Thursday 24th of October I eventually contacted the call center again regarding the deposit and they informed me that they will follow up and contact me. Since then I have not heard from anyone at First Car Rental yet again and my deposit is yet to be paid back to me?? Not once have anyone from First Car Rental contacted me back??
