Car was returned on 17 October.
28 October I've had to phone twice and all i get is stories but no money in the Bank.
They even specify the time of the day the car has to be returned by and promised 5 working days for the refund.
If you are going to be so strict with the customers side of the agreement, we expect the same in return. Sounds fair to me.
