MIBFA is paying out their Surplus-fund to persons that use to work in the Metal Industry - we phoned them on 16 June 2012 and they said that my father qualified to apply for this surplus-fund. My father took his application form in on 18 June 2012 (by hand) after 3 months - when we phoned to find out how far the application was, they told my father that they needed another signature. He filled out a new form, made sure about the signature and took it in again on 8 October 2012. We followed this application up on 14 January 2013. They said we should phone again in 4 weeks time. We have been trying to phone them daily since the 4 weeks have passed, but without any success. In 3 months time it will be a year since the first application. According to friends and family who already received money from this fund, they didn't wait longer than 3 months. Can you please help?
