Outstanding surplus fund claim

I have submitted my application in June 2011, and received my statement and bank mandate form in October 2012. For the past 3 months you are not able to get through to the call centre. In February 2013 I did send an email to them on which they responded in 2 days time. Due to my surname and name changes they said it would still take 2 weeks to finalize.

To date I havent heard anything after several emails again from my side. I do not get any response at all now.
