Pasing the buck

I did an application for a Loan on the 26th February 2013. I phoned on the 27th to find out what the states is of my application. I was told to speak to Thlantla at the Life Style line. I was put through from one person to the other. When I finally spoke to Thlantla on the 28th he said to me he will phone me back. I asked how long the application would take as I also asked Direct Axis for the same Loan. They came back to me not even 30min after the application. My own bank can't even respond with in 3 days. When I asked to be put through to a manager I was put back in to the call centre line.
