Since early January 2013, i have been having problems with my account being repeatedly getting locked by FICA, a very frustrating time for me indeed. In the midst of this failure of service, 1 Absa employee has stood out in her proffesionalism and willingness to help. Her name is Nombuso from the Clearwater mall branch. On all the 4 occassions when i got locked, she went out of her way to assist where she can. I believe in giving credit and praise where it's due, and Nombuso truly does the Absa brand a good name. In the face of systematic failure of the FICA processes she remained possitive and steadfast in trying to find a solution to assist me the customer. For that i say a BIG thank you to her.
