SA Home Loans - Is Home Finance Really Simple?

We eagerly applied to SA Home Loans for finances on a bond, in due respect of the great repor`s aboute SA Home Loans values - "We Make Home Finance Simple" and our experience was anything but simple.
All documents submitted as required, however due to paperless technology I am penalised... thus no further assistance could be provided to review application despite documented data displays information.
Vimal was advised accordingly, and re-iterated however no further assistance could be provided in application for funding.
Does SA Home Loans live by their moto?... I certainly disagree...
