Discovery really disappoints

Discovery Platinum Credit Card Holder.
my card was blocked on 31 December due to suspected fraudlent acitivty in USA. But no new card, no contact from their side - nothing - its 5 days later, what if I had been travelling overseas, or really needed to use my credit card - 2 things blatently clear- a Platinum card and its inflated costs mean nothing, and dont think you can rely on one credit card - you need a backup for when companies can't deliver...
