Teller's fault!

I lost my card and a withdrawal of R500 happened without my go ahead, i then went to Capitec -Sunnypark Branch to report the incident and stop the card from working. The teller issued me with a new card and i changed my pin on the 18 or 19th of November, on the 27th while sitting home around 18:00 i got an sms that someone from Daveyton was withdrawing the last R450 I had in my account, i quickly called Capitec Call Centre and reported it, i spoke to an 'Sanda' there and she said the card that with withdrew was the old one to my suprise. She gave me this ref :10718 95.I then also went to their branch to close the card i was carrying jst to be safe and do a new one to acces money that was gonna be deposited where i temp.
Capitec never contacted me ever since then till today, i called their Call Centre 4 times after the said 14DAYS but nothing i get from theoir side except me being told i will be called back. This is the worst service i have got from a bank, i switched my account from FNB with a hope that the new players in the banking game will deliver its promise of simple banking. Somehow they are dragging, knowing fully well their Sunnypark teller didnt do her job, now i am paying
