Has to be the worst rewards program. Considering Std Bank is one of the last places to offer a rewards program, would have expected a far superior product to the other programs on offer. Sadly it is not the case.
Joined a few months back, still waiting for tier points to be correctly updated and points to be credited for Caltex purchases.
Did receive an apology and a telephonic response to my original complaint. Was assured it was all going to be sorted out as they had identified the problem. Three weeks later, no activity on my account and no response to my emails.
Been a Std Bank client for last 25yrs and really disappointed that my own bank cannot offer me a decent rewards program.
