I called on the 29th October and spoke to Michael and advised I want to make an arrangement for the instalment that was not received, so we agreed it would be split over 3 months starting now end Nov for the amount of R493- Listen to the call... that's if your calls are really recorded!!! In the week I started get automated VM's to call Nedbank Personal loans, so I called in to reconfirm all is fine and the lady confirmed all is fine and my arrangement is on the system, but now yesterday you took the full instalment!! What is the point of calling in and making an arrangement if you people are not going to honour it in the first place??? I can't wait till I finish my loan so I can get away from you people because clearly CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT something you know!
