I went to the bank to request bank statements, not sure what to expect since it's not my branch and only my first visit. While waiting in the short queue Renalda came around asking each customer how she could help. I gave her my id and she came back within a few minutes with my statements, and went on to advise me on what info needed updating on my profile. I was in and out of there in a jiffy - she really lives the 'how can we help you' campaign.
