No Feedback - Ordered MacBook Pro 13" Retina

On Monday 28 10:10 my husband order this macbook for us from FNB. since then to now we have had no feedback, confirmation nothing. We tried calling FNB and all they say is "Processing".

My husband is a Private Client at FNB yet this is the service he gets. And to top it all off i see the macBook that was ordered is not removed from fnb smart device list at [URL Removed] ..

What is going on with the order...
