Unfair bussiness practice/declined home loan

I am a very frustrated and digrunted business client, home loan application made 4-6 weeks back at southdale branch, after which time it was transferred to diamond exchange branch, within 4 days I recived a declined application, with the reason being that my business account is only 9 months operational and that they will re look at my application in January, i have found my home of prefferd choice and now based on a decision by credit I need to suffer the concequences and frustration of looking for a new place.futhermore when charges and fees are due there was no questions asked as to how new the account was, they were paid with a smile.a meeting was held bet ms Mohamed a collegue of hers and myself at my business premises where where my affordability was evaluated and was led to belive that the bond was to be granted.i feel hurt and disappointed that my choice in choosing nedbank now seems to be a mistake.the turn over in my company is more than 25 million, and my bond application was for 1.2 mill a 36% dep was to be paid amounting to 850 000. I will not accept or allow nedbanks banking practice to destroy my life and growing stability.i will escalate further until approved.
