I requested cancellation of my ADSL on the 26th of March 2013 and was told that I do require waiting a period of 30 days for it to take effect and will need to still pay for the month in advance (April) on a non-contract line. UTTERLY DISGUSTED

Absolute disgrace

We've had a problem on our 2MB ADSL line for approximately 5 -6 weeks now. The output speed on our end hovers between 256kb and 388 kb.
