Running around pressing 1's and 2's!

I am trying to upgrade my Telkom line for 2 full days now. Firstly, there is no number on the website (well its probably there between all the fine print!), I had to get it from a friend. When you dial the number, it is the WORST rabbit hole that you can get into, and that's not the end to the misery!! The line gets dropped at least every 2nd time you call! To get to speak to a consultant is something that does not exist on various of the MILLIONS of options! BEWARE!! You WILL get caught into this haze of NONSENSE and there will be NOBODY to help you out!! I give up! I hope the service at the local outlet is better, but I fear the worst, the last time I was there, they were OFFLINE and the other local outlet was OUT OF STOCK!!!
