OUR PREVIOUS COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD REFERS. ON 10/07/2013 OUR LINE WAS ONCE AGAIN NOT INSTALLED. WE WERE NOT ADVISED AND UPON QUERYING WERE TOLD THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CABLE THAT WAS IN OUR NEIGHBOURS YARD AND NO ACCESS TO THE YARD.
